We service homes, small businesses, and nationwide, multi-location clientele. Your service contract can be built to your specifications deciding service type and response times you want.

We offer the following support services:

Onsite/Stand by Provision: our highly skilled team are ready for your urgent and emergency needs. We provide very fast response and exceptional onsite maintenance and repairs service, granting you with peace of mind.

Depot Services: an alternative to onsite services where customers can send hardware directly to our service center or we can pick it from their location in any free part of the Island.

Round-up Agreement: we send field technician to your site on a set schedule (weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly) to repair any office hardware that have failed since the previous visit. Time frames are determined based on the volume of hardware in use.

Per Call, Time, and Materials: If you are not covered by a service agreement, we can still help. If you need immediate onsite support, we send a field technician to your site. Turnaround and response time is on a best effort basis and we charge for labor, travel and parts, if needed for each service call.

Installation and De-installation Services: we can provide installation and de-installation services for customers who need office hardware put into service or moved from location to location.

Office Hardware Cleaning and Sanitation:
